As you will have seen, we have recently been completing our salon redecoration. We appreciate your patience whilst this has been taking place alongside our usual busy schedule—it has been a labour of love, and we really hope you will enjoy the new space as much as we are. Creating a calm, beautiful and relaxing environment for you has always been so important to us.
With this in mind, we would like to kindly remind all clients of our salon policy regarding children attending appointments.
Unless a child is specifically booked in for a treatment (such as a pamper party or “Mummy & Me” session), we ask that children do not attend appointments.
This is for a few important reasons:
To maintain a calm, relaxing environment for all clients
To allow us, as therapists, to give you our full attention and the highest standard of care
To ensure safety, as many treatments involve professional products, equipment, and tools
To protect the salon space and keep it looking its best for everyone to enjoy
We completely understand that childcare isn’t always easy, however as we are open across a wide range of days and times, (7 days some weeks, plus evenings and weekends) we hope this allows flexibility to plan appointments where you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us. We will always do our best to accommodate your pamper time :)
This policy is something we are passionate about, as it allows us to create the peaceful, high-quality experience that every client deserves.
